Preston captured our wedding day so beautifully! He traveled all the way to Bloomington, Indiana to share our day with us, and put together a stunning highlight video for us, as well as a full ceremony video. My specialty is capturing every small moment so that you can enjoy them with your loved ones forever. My style combines an intimate dreamlike recapturing of your special day compiled into a chronological montage of everything from hair and makeup to the moment that you and your significant other leave the venue and start the rest of your lives together.
I am dedicated to producing your wedding film in a respectful and unobtrusive manner. After all, a wedding should be about the love the two of you share. Too often wedding videographers treat your wedding day like they would any typical commercial shoot and seek to stage and fabricate special moments. It is my belief that by remaining a passive aspect of your wedding day, I’m able to capture every intimate moment at it occurs organically. The passion that the two of you share doesn’t need any set dressing. However, no two couples are alike and I’m happy to fulfill special requests.
I do not bring any external lights or cumbersome film equipment. I do not make schedules or demands. It is incredibly important to me that your wedding film feels genuine and authentic. However, if you’d like something special (such as recorded vow readings, sunset sessions, or something personally significant) I’m more than happy to work with you to make sure your film is everything you dreamed it would be!
After all, I’m here to best serve you and your film and nothing makes me happier than making you happy! If you need something special don’t be afraid to ask and we will make it happen!
